According to the findings of a recent survey that was conducted by the home rental firm HomeToGo and published with Travel + Leisure, Paris is the finest city in the world to celebrate LGBTQ Pride this year.

According to the website, the City of Light is the best place to go on vacation to celebrate Pride Month in June. This was followed by Berlin, Stockholm, and New York City. Both London and Madrid shared the fifth rank on the list, which was a tie.

The list of cities was compiled based on a variety of criteria, including the ease of travel there as well as the number of destinations that were serviced by the closest airport, the current demand for LGBTQ nightclubs and bars, the number of top-rated establishments, and the cost of accommodations.

Caroline Burns, the director of public relations at HomeToGo and a travel specialist, said in a statement that was shared with T+L that "each year, Pride celebrations throughout the globe become larger and brighter as more LGBTQ+ persons, allies, and families join the festivities." "There are so many exciting places to go to for Pride, and we hope that this index will inspire travelers to venture out and discover new places to promote equality and celebrate the history and accomplishments of the LGBTQ+ community," the authors write in the introduction to the index. "We also hope that this index will encourage people to travel more in order to discover new destinations."

With the arrival of Amsterdam at position No. 8, European cities dominated this ranking, grabbing six of the top ten spots as the finest Pride destinations. Amsterdam came in at position No. 8.

New York City, on the other hand, not only ranked first in North America but also first in the globe for having the greatest LGBTQ+ nightlife since it has the biggest concentration of highly regarded gay pubs and nightclubs. The United States has a total of 12 cities that were included in the list of the top 50 greatest cities to celebrate Pride, making it the nation with the most cities included overall.

For its part, the United Kingdom was represented on the list by a total of 11 cities, including Birmingham, Manchester, Newcastle, Bristol, and Liverpool. Additionally, the cities of Edinburgh and Glasgow in Scotland, as well as Cardiff in Wales, were also included.

Outside of the main cities, there are lots of little places that are hospitable to tourists who are eager to celebrate Pride, such as Dawson City, which is located in the Yukon Territory of Canada and is home to a number of fantastic queer-owned businesses. In addition, tourists may plan their routes across the United States such that they stop at important LGBTQ+ locations along the way.
