Folder as filter condition

Description
There is annoying "new mail" status icon on new messages in "spam" folder.
It is not good idea to remove this folder or configure program to check inly INBOX folder, because sometimes good letters are wrongly recognized as spam. But spam comes regular (on my Gmail account 1-2 letters per day) and forces useless check process.
I suggest to add new condition in Configuration->Filter settings: FOLDER of the letter. It makes it possible to automatically mark spam letters as read and save self nerves and time.

Sylpheed has 'Junk' special folder type. If you set a folder as Junk from the folder property, messages put in the folder will not be counted as new.

Sylpheed's filter (normal and junk) also has the feature to mark messages as read.
