Type assigngin for non-latin IMAP folders

Description
Russian IMAP mail servers has folder "Отправленные" instead of "sent". Sylpheed can't automatic set type of such folder as "sent". Outgoing messages is stored in localy instead of remote IMAP folder.
Ordinal user not knows about it, so it will loose his sent letters in several cases.
I offer to provide mechanism to define national IMAP folder names (for standard folders) to Sylpheed can automatic determine that:
"Отправленные" is "sent"
"Черновики" is "drafts"
and so on.
