inbox folder not opened anymore on program start

Sylpheed 3.1.2, Linux
Even with the general preferences
"Open inbox folder on program startup"
"Open first unread mail on opening folder"
set,
when I start sylpheed and have new unread mails in inbox folder, the inbox folder content is not listed and the first unread mail is not opened anymore, as it have been at least until Sylpheed 3.0.2.

Now, I have to click on an other folder first, then click on inbox folder again, to show the inbox folder content and the first unread mail in inbox folder to be opened.
