Sylfeed follows symlinks, going into infinite loops.

Description
To reproduce the bug, add a mailbox where you specify a folder where there is a
symlink referring to a parent folder.
exemple:
folder
Sylpheed will follow that symlink and go through folders like these:
~/mail/m/m/m/m/m/m/m/m/m/m/m/m/m/m/m/m/m/m/m/m/m/m/m/m/m/m/m/m/m/m/m/m/m/m/m/m
Sylpheed will then stop responding.

At r3197, the recursion level of local tree scan was limited up to 64.
(Note: on Linux, the recursion level of symlink is limited up to 40.)
