NNTP group list fetching doesn't use proxy

Description
I'm using Sylpheed 3.1.2 on Windows XP. My Internet access is firewalled and I can't connect to any host on port 119. So I've set up a tunneled proxy, which works good with my IMAP4 account. I added an NNTP account using the exact same proxy configuration as the IMAP4 account. But I'm unable to fetch any NNTP group list, the connection times out. Wireshark reveals that Sylpheed is trying to connect directly to the NNTP server without proxying the connection.

I've just implemented NNTP over SOCKS proxy in r3016.
